The Engineering UTC Northern Lincolnshire is committed to the principle that every student has the right to access our full curriculum offer, and to be fully included in all aspects of the life of the ENL UTC, irrespective of ability, race, gender or level of need, and that every student should be respected and valued as individuals. We will meet the needs of different groups of students and deliver high quality learning and teaching practices, which will help every student to achieve their potential.
Where required, the ENL UTC will adapt delivery, environment and equipment, as much as is practicably possible, to meet the needs of individuals, remove barriers to learning and achievement, and ensure a fair learning experience for all. In addition, we will seek specialist advice from outside the organisation to enhance its ability to support all learners.
